We make every aspect of the site accessible. This includes ADA viewing platforms by the mix position at both stages. If you have special needs, please email us at info@bellwetherfest.com to make arrangements. To give us enough time, please email requests by August 1, 2019.
ATMs
ATM's are available on the camping and event sites. Bellwether is NOT a cashless event. Credit cards are accepted at the Box Office and by some vendors.

Charging Stations
Charging stations do not have charger cables. Be sure to bring your mobile device's charger cable and plug so you can plug into the power strips.
Dates
August 9-10, 2019. Campers can load-in starting at noon on Thursday, August 8 and must load-out by 11am on Sunday, August 11.
Filming & Photography
Bellwether Music Festival reserves the right to film and photograph all festival activities for promotional use. Upon entry, you are granting permission for us to use your image in any and all promotional materials. Bellwether Music Festival assumes no responsibility for persons opposed to being filmed or photographed.Gates

Information Booth
There are two (2) Information Booths. One is located in the Campers' Village and the other in the festival grounds. We'll do our best to answer your questions and make Bellwether the best possible experience.
Kids
The Bellwether Festival is a family friendly event. Kids 10 and under are admitted free when accompanied by an adult ticket holder. The number of free admissions is at the discretion of gate management. IMPORTANT! Kids that enter for free DO NOT have access to the VIP tent. Only VIP wristbands will be admitted.
Lost and Found
The Lost and Found booth is near the main gates and accessible inside or outside the festival grounds. Once the festival has concluded, please contact the office at 513.897.7000.

Parking
There is plenty of parking at Bellwether. It's only $15 a day. Please be sure to have cash on hand. Buy your parking pass ahead of time and save money!

Pregnant and Nursing Mothers
The Bellwether Festival is a family friendly event. Pregnant and nursing mothers are welcome to use the Mommy Station near the main gate next to First Aid. This private and air-conditioned space is a (relatively) quiet retreat so you can relax and revive. A refrigerator is also available for breast milk.
Prohibited Items (Camping)
Your vehicle will be searched on entry. You can bring alcohol; however, you will be limited to a cooler with 2 cases of beer, 2 boxes of wine, and 1.75 liters of spirits. Your portable fire pit or grill cannot exceed 2 feet in diameter. If you have a generator, it must be smaller than 4KW and whisper quiet. If your generator is too lound, you'll have to turn it off from 11pm until 7am. You are allowed to bring the appropriate amount of propane or gasoline to power grills and generators; however, excessive amounts will be confiscated.
Prohibited Items (Festival)
We are no longer allowing one sealed bottle of water into the event site. You may bring an empty plastic bottles or camelbaks to fill for free at the water stations.
Re-Entry
Only VIP, two-day wristbands and campers have exit and re-entry privileges. Wristbands that appeared damaged or tampered with will NOT be accepted.
Refunds or Exchanges
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds and exchanges are not allowed after a ticket is purchased.
Security
Safety, safety, safety... It's our biggest concern. We search bags on entry and have off-duty police officers as well as security guards. We also have medical staff on-site 24/7.
Service Animals
Individuals with disabilities are permitted to bring their service animals. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual's disability.
Ticket Fees
Ticket fees are the same whether you buy online or at the gate. There are no guarantees tickets will be available at the gate. We do our best to keep ticket fees low, so buy now and avoid the extra wait or a sellout.
Tier 1 vs Tier 2 Tickets
The difference is the price. There are a limited number at each tier so buy now before the price goes up!
Weather
Bellwether is a rain or shine event. We monitor the weather and have various protocols based on the severity of the weather. We ask you pay attention to announcements and follow instructions, so we can keep everyone safe and sound.
Wristbands
Every guest is issued a wristband upon entry. Wristbands are not transferable. In other words, you cannot buy a two-day ticket and share it with another person. Wristbands that appeared damaged or tampered with will NOT be accepted.
